6. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Bhagvatee Bhil Creation offers a 7-day Exchange and Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

Customers may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving their order under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Size-related exchange requests (subject to availability)

All exchange and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Once the exchange or replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Bhagvatee Bhil Creation reserves the right to provide an alternative product, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, return shipping costs may be borne by Bhagvatee Bhil Creation.

For any other approved return circumstances, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs of the package before opening.
  • Recording an unboxing video whenever possible.
  • Reporting the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
